vcrun6sp6/Vs6sp6.exe download #403

I see that even the latest winetricks still uses the cnet link to download 
vcrun6sp6/Vs6sp6.exe. But that won't work, instead I have to download it 
manually. Can't you winetricks instead let it download from microsoft's 
homepage?

This link works fine with wget and winetricks can work with it, once it's saved 
in the cache folder. AviSynth needs vcrun6sp6 to run, so whenever I need to 
install Avisynth, it gets a bit annoying to install this package.
OS: Ubuntu 13.10

cnet still works, but now that you mention it, the microsoft URLs work again,
so I've reversed r888 and r892.  Fixed by r1101 and 1102.  Thanks!
