Winetricks (when not run with -q) generally runs the download's normal
installer, which should show you the EULA.
The Winetricks descriptions may have hints about license terms, but they're
not what matter. I probably shortened the message to keep it from being too
wide.
We generally check to make sure a download is from a reputable, legal source
before
including it in Winetricks, but that doesn't relieve the user of responsibility
for reading and accepting each license.
