Proposed Patch for updated IrfanView (4.38) #453

Hi,

Seems weird submitting this as an "issue", am I doing it wrong?

Anyway, I've put the newest version of IrfanView(4.38) into a patch for 
consideration. This version downloads the installer directly, vs. the user 
having to do it. 

As for IrfanView, I remember it being one of the windows programs I was very 
happy with - a long time ago when I used that operating system..heh. I 
especially liked the File>Batch Rename util (not knowing, at the time, that I 
could do things just as powerful with BASH expansion.. haha).

Please consider patching the IrfanView in winetricks, perhaps someone will 
benefit.

In the future, please attach patches from using 'git diff' (or a proper commit 
with authorship info). Thanks for the patch.
