Different Accuracy Values

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Used Wndchrm 1.30-140 on a Wndchrm 1.28 .fit file.  Used switches to mimik 1.28 
functionality. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wndchrm 1.28 on wndchrm1.28.fit = Accuracy 70%
Wndchrm 1.30 on wndchrm1.28.fit = Accuracy 63%
Wndchrm 1.30 on wndchrm1.30.fit = Accuracy 45%
(generating new .sig files from the same images)

*Interesting.. my number of Images used for testing and training in 
Wndchrm1.30-140 is 10 times greater.  Possibly due to 10 splits?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wndchrm1.30 Checkout 140
Mac OS 10.6.6
