bogus image numbers #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Command line:

 /home/eckleyd/CleanPlace/iicbu/wndchrm/branches/wndchrm-1.30/wndchrm test -l /home/eckleyd/ICAWormImaging/Working/NewNotRotated/Newer.fit . /Images/dme/z_happy_copy/ScoreNewest.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see 360 tails and 284 heads in the summary.

see this instead:
Testing with data file:
.
644 Images.
Class   Value   Images
tails   0   360
tails   0   360
    0   0
    0   0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wndchrm 1.30.182
linux (lgopt14)

Mark, can you please confirm that this is still a valid issue?
It may have been the same problem as issue 30.
