The "experiment" wndcharm harness script uses hard links to create the 
directory structure to define image classes. Instead, use wndcharm's "file of 
files" functionality

Output should be a single text file, foo.fof, which has the names of the 
samples, followed by a tab character, followed by the class to which it 
belongs. Use this file to read in for the wndchrm test run that is subsequently 
run.
