trying to figure out each tile's contribution to classification... #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.navigate to /lgopt14/home/eckleyd/CXR/CXRimages/ResizedImages

2.run ff. command:
[eckleyd@lgopt14 ResizedImages]$ wndchrm test -n10 -l -t#3 -r#.75  9tiles.fit 
Resized9tileTILEtest_3.html

What is the expected output? 
make report named Resized9tileTILEtest_3.html

What do you see instead?
