Moved from Google Code due to http://google-opensource.blogspot.com/2015/03/farewell-to-google-code.html, but it doesn't mean that I will work on the project actively in the feature.

No "User Script Commands" available like in GreaseMonkey #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download "Facebook Colour Changer" from userscripts.org
2. Open facebook.com in browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be a "User Script Commands..." option available in the menu
which brings up submenu of scripts which includes "Facebook Colour
Changer", which when selected brings up dialog allowing you to specify
which colors you want Facebook.com to use instead of the defaults. There is
none, preventing this script from working. I have several greaemonkey
scripts that rely on these sort of user setting dialogs under the User
Script Commands submenu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.5 in Safari 4, Mac OS X 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.

EDIT: innermost submenu of scripts, which brings up the dialog, says "Customize
Facebook Colours..." not the name of the script.
