I tried to install it on two KVM machines with CentOs 7. Both installation run thru. But didn't work. Can you check?

worked on centos for me, maybe check your firewall and check the ports // its most likely due to firewall.

Maybe u have a iptables setup and but like google cloud networking or maybe digital ocean firewall.
