Showing how many MB 'ahead' or 'behind' you are #23

Basically I'd like to see something that showed if you were ahead or behind on 
your quota, and by how much.

So say you're on a 30GB plan and your billing cycle is 30 days. If you were 
halfway through (15th) day and you've only used 10GB, it'd say that you've 
basically got 5GB to play with. 

Just an idea.
