Getting NaN with time/peak and offpeak remaining #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Always been like that

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting the actual values, seeing 'NaN' instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Win 7 x64

I attached a pic of the usage extension.

Error found in the date parsing code with dates prior to the 10th
