full conversion to gtk4, and added layer shell for gtk4 #2

i named the branch funny lol it was supposed to be gtk instead of gdk Things I've changed: commented out code that was unused. Converted from gtk3 to 4. added gtk4-layer-shell made gtk app be layered like an overlay Refactored some code too
