NLC SD 2024-01-22 201207 不清楚国图的数据库是否在维护，还是如何，此时访问该标准数据库，内容是空的，等换个时间访问看看，上次访问的时候是好的。

测试了，可以正常抓取，且可以下载pdf文本。
