Restart button missing, but still needed.

Hi!

I've been loving your Winger extension. However, in 2.4.0, the "Restart Winger" button was removed. This is a big problem for me because, when my browser restarts after I reboot my computer, Winger does not take effect. None of the window names actually appear in the title bars. There are only two ways of resolving this problem:

• Go through every window manually and rename them, then rename them back. Obviously this is a huge pain, especially as my setup depends on the names to know which virtual desktop to put them on, so when I change the name, they often leap to a different virtual desktop as well
• Click the "Restart Winger" button -- this was a relatively straightforward solution and worked just fine. The only problem is, with that button missing, Winger is now effectively useless to me, since it doesn't actually rename the windows.

If you would be so kind as to restore that button (feel free to hide it away, just tell me where), I'd greatly appreciate it. Even if I have to paste some Javascript into the console or something, that'd be acceptable.

Good news -- I just found another workaround. Here's the solution if anyone wants to know.

1. In the "Window Name Display - Prefix" box, enter some text.
2. Click in another box -- all the renames should happen at this point
3. Go back to the original box and remove what you just typed.
