Incorrect price calculation #567

0.9.7b multiplies the base price the quantity giving incorrect price 
calculation on 1.5.1.

It multiplies the qty by the package price in the shopping cart.

Access details to the customer site sent via email.

Problem localized and fixed.
Turns out that when displaying cart product is not completely loaded (just bare 
minimum) and FQ are not loaded too. When in Developer Mode this throws 
exception but in
Production Mode it just skips FQ and base price remains.
I am pretty sure this was result of some of un-installation efforts that I made 
but anyway is hidden bug. So I fixed it by explicitly loading FQ in case they 
are not in the product already.
The fix is in r1644 and is released to v. 0.9.8b of FQ. 
FQ on said site is updated too. Test if totals (and everything else) work as 
intended.

Seems wrong to me. I placed an order for 2500 cards on this product:
http://d1.zetaprints.com/poe/index.php/default/nevada-cardiology-associates-prod
ucts/business-cards/nvcardio-bcs-doctor.html
and got the correct price, qty... in shopping cart and order details page 
(fq_1.png).

Then I placed an order on this product for 1000 cards:

Qty is not shown properly. Shows as 1 (fq_2.png)
