Next button

We changed NEXT button to appear all the time.

It does make sense to show it only after a preview update. Fade in.

FORM button is meaningless unless there is any point in hiding the form.
It makes sense to show it when the form is hidden by default.

We need to highlight UPDATE PREVIEW when there is anything to update, e.i. 
something is entered or changed.

ENLAGE shouldn't be there if the preview is already in full size.

Update preview is greyed out when there's no user input on the page. But the 
example has 3 image fields which is selected as Default. We decided to show 
such fields as edited. So that's why Update preview is not greyed out.

Looks ok to me.

I only found these 2 minor issues:
1. On passive pages, where the "Update preview" button shows greyed out, it is 
still clickable.
2. There's a small 1-2px jump in the sprite position of the "Update preview" 
button icon.

development seem to have .. but the buttons are missing. page is first opened, 
it seems all the buttons. but after the "editor", "next page" buttons hidden ..

2. The sprite jumps 1 px in FF, Chrome, IE...
Basically, the icon of the inactive "Update preview" button version is 1px 
higher than the icon of the active version.

I have a very good version a few months ago. All buttons are active. But I 
wanted to try the new update. beta4 release is published, and the problem at 
least stay constant. site because they are still out of service.

Hello. You can make buttons to show always by adding CSS rules. Every button 
has an unique ID which you can use to address then in your CSS file.
