Doesnt seem to work with Moto CLiQ #18

I have the phones correct drivers installed. but when i click start tunnel it 
doesn't recognize it. i even uninstalled the Motorola drivers and installed 
the ones you recommend and the phone doesnt connect to pc anymore.

What OS are you trying this on(WinXP, OSX, ect.). What are the results of 
running
check.bat?

I ran check.bat  It doesn't list any devices (can't find the motorola cliq)
