Permanent progress bar not working on XP Tracker Overlay #96

I've tried messing around with the fade out and time until disappear settings, but I can't get the progress bar to stay up permanently like the vanilla XP tracker.

Did you try to set time until disappearance to 0 under xp tracker settings
