I refactored the qcad ebuild to address several issues I noticed. It's helpful to review each commit separately.

Is it ok to submit these here? Would you prefer separate PRs for any of this?

bump qcad to 3.27.8.4
qcad: use latest qtscriptgenerator in qcad sources
qcad: clean up L10N
qcad: symlink system QT libs instead of copying them
qcad: Use appropriate lib or lib64 install directory
qcad: install man page
qcad: install default block and template libraries
qcad: prefer libqcadscripts.so but install scripts sources as docs
