Implement native snapshots

Resolves L2B-1032, L2B-1031, L2B-1030, L2B-1023

This massively simplifies things, however I am not sure how to update the docs. Since the website will be auto deployed how do we want to manage changing source versions?

There were some breaking changes

L2B-1031 Remove uvu support or find a workaround

they do not support `-r` with relative path

L2B-1030 Fix skipped e2e tests

L2B-1023 Extract snapshots to a separate folder
