Similar to the new 'non-speaking' dialog. So when you walk up to bulliten / message board, etc. we can display an image over the top.

Then, can create message board image for things like providing clues such as Jenny's # 'on the wall' and replcae dialog.

I just need dimensions for the images we'll be displaying and I can get it into code very quickly.
