Design: end game functionality #124

An image and/or in-game menu that indicates you have won is fine for now, but what do we really want it to do...think big fan-fare, graduation ceramony, what have you. Can you still walk around map (with timer stopped)? Do dialogues change?

Created finish page. Just need to hook into it (Small task, right?).
