peanut liquid fix #28

all peanut liquid items were 10x of what they were supposed to be. this, for instance, allowed for making 34k saturation salads when used in breaded foods

candy, breaded food and etc. now have an actual number fairly in-line with the handbook

example: before change you could make 3.2 k protein candy after change that's a 320 protein candy, which seems WAY more intentional.

This should be fixed by ACA now!
