End to End testing #78

In this PR I have implemented E2E testing for l3afd. This PR addressed issue https://github.com/l3af-project/l3afd/issues/249

Can we add test without chaining too?

For that we need to stop the l3afd with chaining & do all the cleanup after that we can run a test without chaining
