fix mismatch artifact hash in hosted repo #20

hosted repo will cause a "Mismatch artifact hash with downloaded file" for all versions of a specific collection but the last one uploaded

This pull request makes the following changes:

added filter for version in moduleByNameAndVersion method
added check in for loop to ensure correct version before breaking loop
