Add Dashboard Overview page for assets #129

Create a new "overview" endpoint for a single asset.

The Information we would like to display are:

  1. Total amount of dependencies (grouped by scan-type)
  2. Average risk per scanner id
  3. Total Risk of Asset - grouped by scanner id
  4. Risk Distribution per scanner id. {"1-2": 2, "2-3":4}
  5. Total Risk Delta
