Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After a pipeline is started one cannot edit the configuration of an annotation task anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like

[x] Allow to edit assigned users / groups
[ ] Allow to edit used labels
[x] Display selected users for annotasks
[x] Display possible labels for annotasks

Changing the labels afterwards can lead to serious inconsistencies, which is why this feature is currently not implemented.
