Emby integration / speed throttle #84

Cloudplow can throttle Rclone uploads during active, playing Plex streams. Is it possible to create an Emby integration as well ? I believe many users including myself, would find it very useful.

Hi There, came to request Jellyfin be added as an alternative to Plex and considering it's a Fork of Emby, figure I'll just comment in attempt to reinvigorate this request as opposed to created a new.

I note above there was an attempt toward this but it looks closed. I assume it didn't work as expected @efanibi25 ?
