Logs don't show that Plex Autoscan doesn't have the appropriate permissions #117

When Plex_autoscan runs without the appropriate permissions to trigger Plex scanner, there is no way to no it from the debug log. Would it be possible to have something displayed somewhere? I am good now after hours of investigation and finally some support on DIscord. But this piece of logging could help a few other users.

I know it is displayed in the installation basics but I didn't get it clearly when I saw it. It can happen to others.
