Add 'Series Monitoring' setting to config/CLI options #142

Sonarr has a per-series option to monitor for All Episodes, Future Episodes, Missing Episodes, Pilot Episode, Only First Season, Only Last Season, etc.

When adding series through traktarr I would like to be able to choose one of these series monitoring options.

Yes! I love this program, just wish it had this option.
