As a skypirate I would like to use this tool with radarr v3 pvr. [2020-02-06T07:09:14-05:00] FATAL app : Failed initializing pvr object for: radarr error=unsupported version of radarr pvr: 3.0.0.2599

available in develop branch, check most recent appveyor artefacts for a binary
