Welcome text in panel #4

As a test user, I want to click the SatoshiPay “sun” (the circular website widget in the bottom-right corner) and see a “Welcome to demo” text in the SatoshiPay panel to learn about the prototype.

Added welcome text when opening side pannel.

Not exactly the same as the vanilla Satoshipay setup.
