NPM publish using TravisCI #7

Currently, publishing to the NPM registry is a manual operation.

This should be automated so that the package is published automatically on each tag push.

[ ] create a .travis.yml file to publish to the NPM registry (see https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/encryption-keys/ to learn how-to securely store the NPM token)
[ ] unversion Babel-transpiled files (in dist)
[ ] do the same with https://github.com/la-haute-societe/deployator
[ ] do the same with https://github.com/la-haute-societe/grunt-ssh-deploy-release
