RA, Dec, GHA, Vel and Range are missing from lunar/solar pass predictions #27

Very related to https://github.com/la1k/libpredict/issues/49.

In the worst case, we can shuffle back the code from Predict, implement the functions outlined above and squeeze it into libpredict when we get more sense over what is convenient and not, so that we can close this issue.
