Use full terminal height in multitrack listing

Use full terminal height in multitrack listing, and do dynamic resizing when LINES changes.

• [x] Have less entries than page, open search field, resize: Lots of weird artifacts.
• [x] Search field resizes properly after terminal resize in the column direction
• [x] Having search field open and resizing terminal can result in segfault
• [x] Sun and moon information not redrawn correctly on terminal resize, artifacts remain
