Remove imperial units in singletrack #58

No need to have both imperial and metric units. Could consider to have option to use either units.

Imperial units were already removed from multitrack earlier.

Moving this to be a part of #61, since removing this is trivial, but results in holes in the layout which we want to reorganize after the code becomes more easy to manage.
