Define _POSIX_C_SOURCE=1 at the top level to enable reentrant time functions (especially gmtime_r) in time.h.

Closes #99.

Looks like the PR didn't quite pick up the change after I force pushed, but it's there if you click on it. No Travis run, though. :-(
