rmslist: wrong azimuth? #141

Hello,

I'm located in OO62rb. Nearest RMS is RT9K in MP84UV.

RT9K [MP84UV] 2470 254 WINMOR 1600 10.126.50 MHz 10.128.00 MHz winmor:///RT9K?freq=10126.5

Distance looks good, but AZ 254 is weird. In reality it seems to be 319. RT9K is located to the NW from my location.

Looks like it's not a problem of pat but github.com/pd0mz/go-maidenhead

Seems to be fixed in v0.13.1 RT9K [MP84UV] 2470 319 ARDOP 2000
