rigctl and IC-7100 not working. #149

Hello. I am trying to imitate the configuration of a pat into a raspberry pi 3 by following the videos of KM4ACK on installing a pat, rigctld, ardop and winlink. I stopped at the 2nd video because my IC-7100 doesn't seem to work with the rigctld. It doesn't seem to recognize the rig and I'm stuck. I am not a linux guru so if anyone can help I really appreciate so much. I am trying to get the rpi 3 work on pat and winlink for EMCOMM demo here at our local club.

Upgrade to the latest version of hamlib. I was having the same issue and opened a support issue with hamlib (which was not talking to my radio) and surprise newest version seems to work. Regards George
