ardop: Migrate to the new host interface introduced in v0.5 #43

ARDOP_WIN changed it's host interface in v0.5. We need to migrate to the new interface.

This turned out to be a misunderstanding. The latest ardop releases have not broken compatibility yet AFAIK.

The next release may change the interface, but the details have not been announced yet.

Re-open if/when needed.
