Player names: utf8 isn't fully supported #10

For me daemon just crashes somehow with this error: https://gist.github.com/melkor217/84ff41ad12d920d27f533e522d318539

http://noxus.lakuz.com/ just ignores some characters, so

"Reijii | 😺 тест スカ" turns into " Reijii | " http://noxus.lakuz.com/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=60616

Btw, dfferent behavior is probably caused by different MySQL versions (i use 5.7)

Fix basically includes three parts:

CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_bin;
Fix mysql connection options for daemon part
Same for web part

Hehe, github replaces utf emojis with graphical ones. http://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html
