Add instructions and prepare script for Steam Deck compilation #56

The script simplifies the steps needed to prepare the Steam Deck, based on Arch Linux, to be able to compile the m8c application.

@gabeo Thanks for this, I got it working. I had to use qpwgraph to get the M8 audio coming out of the Steam Deck speakers. I ran m8c as a Steam app and tweaked the controller settings that way. Couldn't find some of the controls otherwise. I suggest that you re-enable readonly mode on Steam Deck after the prep and installation.
