sort out jcalc, bcalc and fwd_kin #38

it is more an enhancement than an issue.

bcalc is poorly chosen, and there are redundancies between bcalc, jcalc and rnea.

This was already discussed in comments to this commit https://github.com/laas/metapod/commit/a1a2644f4882f47bfbe2bcda37bb9a7513ecc564#commitcomment-2144685
