Test bcalc #6

I believe the reference file simple_humanoid/bcalc.ref is correct but I have no way to know for sure. However I have manually checked fir bcalc computation for a simple model (simple-arm, not pushed yet).

Hi Sebastien, Regarding the verification, I will test against one of our library and one from Heildeberg University. I'll send you the result as soon as I have it.

Perfomed through commit 5401 to 9ce7
