and rewrite TransformT<RotationMatrixAbout{Y,Z}>::mulMatrixTransposeBy in order to ease the comparison with TransformT::mulMatrixTransposeBy

Note that I do not think RotationMatrixAboutY is tested anywhere.

RotationMatrixAboutY is tested in tests/spatial/test_rotation.cc l239 in commit a046b15cbb03c892efbcb0b9de2cead136ba1c7a
