Week 26

Check-In

I Need Help With:

The whole process to set up the database and work with it through the CMS got really confusing. I think this is the most obscure part of the whole curriculum so far.

What went well?

Practicing the data management and trying to incorporate it into the rest of my current knowledge.

What went less well?

We had problems with the database (Heroku) and connecting it to our Strapi. Still trying to figure that out. I feel like that is slowing us down from the beginning and we could have accomplished much more but none of us has experience with this part of the project.

Lessons Learned

CMS, data structure and how to build it into the CMS. Checking our data through Postman.

Sunday Prep Work

Trying to watch some tutorials to fix the current problems with the database and making some progress.
