• I Need Help With:

  An assessment regarding some software installation, I'm not sure how to test it so it will run accordingly or work interchangeably to one another.

• What went well?

  • Creating issues
  • Searching issues
  • Finding repository in Github
  • Finding my way around my computer using CLI,
  • Understanding Github a bit better through First day on Github

• What went less well?

  • A couple of software installations
  • Was a bit confused and overwhelmed at first yet it's getting better after watching few tutorials about the application and its functions

• Lessons Learned

  Spending more time watching/reading a quick course/tutorials from different experiences about the platform & several software that we use, can work wonders 😃

• Sunday Prep Work

  • Understanding how Git works and play around a little bit with learnGitBranching
  • Still watching Git and GitHub for poets
  • Still finding my way around VSCode with it extensions

Hi @FennyWilriani it is natural to feel overwhelmed, it is so much information, that it is hard to process. But don't worry, everyone feels the same and we are here to help. What software installation have you had an issue with?

Hi @danielhalasz thank you for the feedback, I was having an issue with setup a Linux subsystem and opening VSCode in the subsystem. Yet I've already figured it out by using windows terminal. 😄 Now I just would like to see if I can implement correctly what I've seen and read on Sunday, including connecting GitHub with SSH.
