Broken link to the JSON format docs in the "Load/Save" dialog #308

The JSON format "documentation" link in the "Load/Save" dialog modal returns HTTP 404. It points to https://chemiscope.org/docs/tutorial.html#input-file-format-for-chemiscope (see a version on archived.org).

It probably should be rewritten with links to Input file reference and Creating chemiscope input files.
