update the path in the Makefile #208

There is the wrong path in the command h2o-pimd.

The options in the Makefile should be updated according to the actual structure of the directory.

Thanks for your patch. But it seems this has been fixed in the general overhoul of the examples in 569976428f also, which is now in master.
