Wrong doc previews #234

https://metatrain--231.org.readthedocs.build/en/231/, for example, doesn't work. https://metatensor-models--231.org.readthedocs.build/en/231/ (using the old name) instead works.

As far as I can tell, the main docs are not affected by this issue

This looks like a configuration issue on readthedocs. The main docs are deployed with github pages, which explains why they are not affected.
